Craftsmanship
ACC’s Entubado (Entubar) method of construction is almost a lost art in cigar making. While a few methods of cigar construction dominate production in the majority of factories, ACC’s refuses to settle for second best. The use of hand operated machines, and fast bunching methods improve output, they reduce tobacco distribution within the cigar, consistency of draw, and overall construction strength, which is evident in the ash and within the hand of an experienced smoker. All ACC cigars are capped with “Triple Rings” and caps to avoid unraveling wrapper leaf during smoking.
